EIOPA published 28/02/2018 its second set of advice to the EC on specific items in the Solvency II Delegated Regulation (https://eiopa.europa.eu/Publications/Consultations/EIOPA-18-075-EIOPA_Second_set_of_Advice_on_SII_DR_Review.pdf).
The Advice is accompanied by a full impact assessment, which is supposed to consider the overall impact of both sets of Advice and provides an assessment of the components of the second Advice. It also reflects on the engagement with stakeholders since the start of the exercise in 2016.
