Isurance Europe požiadala svojich členov o odpovede na otázky súvisiace so snahou EIOPA o harmonizáciu poistných garančných schém (IGS):
In light of the expected EIOPA consultation on Insurance Guarantee Schemes (IGS), which will likely have a very brief consultation period, Insurance Europe would like to invite members to provide feedback that can lay the groundwork for upcoming position building. Members are therefore invited to:
- Verify EIOPA’s mapping exercise (Part of the EIOPA Discussion Paper on national IGS) and, if applicable, correct/complement the information relating to their respective markets.
- Inform Insurance Europe about their position on a possible EU initiative on IGS by answering the questions in the table in Annex, which are meant to identify whether/how members would be willing to change their position regarding IGS harmonisation at EU level.
