Following the decision at the IFRS Interpretations Committee to follow the IASB staff advice and propose an Agenda decision on the matter of the Transfer of Insurance Coverage under a Group of Annuity Contracts (IFRS 17), the IASB staff is consulting on the tentative agenda decision until 23 May. Following our discussions at the CORPWG meeting, Insurance Europe will seek to formulate a high level response to the consultation, potentially jointly with the CFOF.
