EIOPA has opened registration for its online post-public consultation event on the ITS amendments on supervisory reporting and public disclosure under Solvency II.
The event will take place on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, from 09:30 to 12:30 CET.
This session will:
- Reflect on comments received during the 10 July – 10 October 2025 public consultation
- Provide an overview of Level 2 changes impacting reporting and disclosure requirements
- Include an update on the review of the ECB statistical reporting regulation (ECB/2014/50)
As Level 2 amendments were not consulted over the summer, the event will clarify their scope, purpose and expected implementation timelines, together with supporting taxonomy developments.
