EIOPA releases three Solvency II review consultations

On 3 April, EIOPA launched a series of three public consultations related to the review of Solvency II.

Insurance Europe has prepared initial draft responses:

• Draft Guidelines on exclusions from group supervision
• Draft revised Guidelines on the treatment of related undertakings
• Draft revised Opinion on Dynamic Volatility Adjustment (DVA)
