EIOPA published its official revised Guidelines on the Valuation of Technical Provisions (here) and on Contract Boundaries (here). Both shall apply from 01/01/2023.
The revised Guidelines are the same as the ones included in the reports published by EIOPA in April. Members can therefore refer to the secretariat’s assessments of EIOPA reports on the Guidelines on the Valuation of Technical Provisions (here) and on the Guidelines on Contract Boundaries (here).
