On 17 July, the European Commission (EC) launched the Better Regulation consultation to amend the Solvency II Delegated Regulation in the context of the Solvency II review. The consultation will remain open until 5th September.
The secretariat of Insurance Europe submitted the final response to the EC’s Solvency II Better Regulation consultation.
