Transfer Pricing Directive

Summary

On 12 September the EC published a proposal for a BEFIT Directive and a TP Directive:

•             Proposal for a Council Directive on BEFIT;

•             Proposal for a Council Directive on Transfer Pricing.

The EC also published a Q&A about the newly released proposals and a press release.

Insurance Europe has prepared feedback on the European Commission’s proposal for a Transfer Pricing Directive
