On 28 March, EIOPA launched a consultation linked to corrections and amendments of the implementing technical standards on reporting and disclosure (here https://eiopa.europa.eu/Pages/Consultations/consultation-linked-to-corrections-and-amendments-of-the-implementing-technical-standards-on-reporting-and-disclosure.aspx).
The consultation package includes:
- Consultation paper
- Draft amendment of Implementing Technical Standards on reporting
- Draft amendment of Implementing Technical Standards on disclosure
- Errata guidelines on financial stability reporting
- Set of new validations to be included in XBRL taxonomy version 2.3.0 (will be published on 6 April)
- Impact assessment
- Template for comments
The proposed corrections and amendments largely stem from the EC Delegated Regulation on infrastructure corporates, EIOPA Explanatory Notes on Variation Analysis templates and issues previously identified in the Question & Answers process.
