On 16 July, EIOPA released its final Solvency II 2.3.0 XBRL taxonomy and Data Point Model.
The release package is available on EIOPA’s website https://eiopa.europa.eu/regulation-supervision/insurance/reporting-format/data-point-model-and-xbrl
and includes:

Next steps
The final Solvency II 2.3.0 XBRL taxonomy and DPM should be implemented by (re)insurers and is provided to be used from from the 31/12/ 2018 reference date.
