Sustainable finance: EC consultations on draft delegated acts under Solvency II and IDD

The EC opened for public feedback via the Better Regulation portal two draft delegated acts under the:

• Solvency II Directive (here)
• Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) (here)

The draft amendments relate to the 2018 EC Action Plan on financing sustainable growth and to the integration of sustainability risks/factors following the EIOPA technical advice on the integration of sustainability risks and factors in Solvency II and IDD from April 2019.

Both consultations run from 8 June to 6 July.
