The aim of the letter is to highlight our views on the EIOPA advice, and the key priorities for the review. Please note we have focused content on the current stage of discussion, and have minimized the extent of broader messages, not least because we already communicated on this in our letter from back in end-October and also because the Commissioner’s office has indicated that she wants to know the industry’s positions.
