Following the launch of EIOPA’s next set of seven IRRD consultations, EIOPA will host two virtual workshops, on Friday 6 February from 11:00 to 12:30 (registration link here) and on Friday 6 March from 11:00 to 12:30 (registration link here).
The 6 February workshop will cover the following consultation papers:
- Guidelines on scenarios of severe macroeconomic and financial stress
- Guidelines on the qualitative and quantitative indicators contained in the pre-emptive recovery plans
- Guidelines on the criteria for application of simplified obligations
The 6 March workshop will cover the following consultation papers:
- Guidelines on the provision of information
- RTS on the independence of valuers
- RTS on contractual recognition of resolution stay powers
- RTS on the valuation of liabilities from derivatives
