Following the launch of EIOPA’s next set of two IRRD consultations, EIOPA will host a virtual workshop, on Friday 4 September from 14:00 to 15:30 (registration link here).
The workshop will cover the following consultation papers:
- RTS on the methodologies for assessing the value of the assets and liabilities of undertakings in the context of resolution and the methodology for calculating the buffer for additional losses to be included in provisional valuations (Valuations 1 and 2).
- RTS on the methodology for assessing the difference in treatment between resolution and insolvency and the methodology for the estimation of the replacement costs, and the separation of valuations in resolution and insolvency proceedings (Valuation 3).
