On 21 February, ESMA published an implementation timeline for EU sustainable finance disclosure legislation. It provides an overview of the key steps for the implementation of the Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR), the Taxonomy Regulation, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) proposal, the MiFID and IDD Delegated Acts, and the UCITS and AIFMD Delegated Acts.
