Please find the joint association letter (from Insurance Europe, EFAMA, EBF, EACB, ESBG, EABP and AFME) on the implementation of the new gas and nuclear disclosure requirements and industry concerns related thereto.
With this initiative, the associations wish to draw the attention of the ESAs to the most pressing operational issue raised by the recently adopted amendments requiring the disclosure of the extent to which financial market participants’ portfolios are exposed to gas and nuclear-related activities, scheduled to enter into force on the 3rd day following its publication in the OJEU.
