EFRAG issued the set of Basis for conclusions to complement the first set of draft ESRS developed by the EFRAG SRB with the support of the EFRAG SR TEG. The first set of draft ESRS was submitted to the European Commission in November 2022. No comments are requested on the Basis for conclusions.
