The secretariat of Insurance Europe has finalised the design of the deliverable “Simplification for a more competitive insurance sector”.

The deliverable sets out 50+ concrete proposals spanning six key areas:
- Prudential, reporting & compliance,
- Distribution & disclosures,
- Sustainability,
- Digital requirements,
- Data protection, and
- Supervision & governance.
It includes a priority map (on the last page) highlighting the most impactful actions to reduce unnecessary regulatory burden and support competitiveness.
