On 5 January, the scrutiny period for the Commission Delegated Act amending the EU Taxonomy Disclosures, Climate and Environmental Delegated Acts formally ended. The Delegated Act was adopted by the European Commission on 4 July 2025 and subsequently transmitted to the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union for scrutiny in accordance with Article 290 TFEU and the Taxonomy Regulation.
The Delegated Act will only enter into force 20 days after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Prior to publication, the text must be translated into all official EU languages.
